  • 3 cups Low sodium Chicken broth
  • 1 ½ Skinless and boneless hicken thighs, cut into large pieces.
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt 
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 2 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 ½ cup long grain Brown rice
  • Cooking spray

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Using your slow cooker, coat the inside of the cooker with your cooking spray. Then, turn on the cooker and set it into high. The next step is to add the salt, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, and rice. Mix these together and once it is done, add the chicken. Make sure that it is placed on top of the rice mix.
